The payment methods are assigned to our customers individually on the basis of a wide variety of criteria. Therefore, not all payment methods listed here are necessarily available to you for every item. Your individual and therefore exact payment methods as well as possible costs for their use may depend on the amount of the purchase value. These are specifically determined and shown in the shopping basket summary.

Shipping methods

Shipping company

Only the tripod spotlights are shipped by forwarding agent. The flat rate price is 195€ incl. packaging costs within Germany. Of course, you can also arrange your own collection.

Parcel service

For infrared radiators (up to 10 pieces) within Germany, a flat shipping fee of 24€ is charged with our in-house shipping service provider UPS. The shipment is made in a special box for infrared radiators.

If you would like a different parcel service, you can change this in the "Shipping" section of your order.

Possible shipping costs can depend on the amount of the purchase value as well as the selection of the means of transport.

Your individual and therefore exact shipping and transport costs are shown for the individual items and are calculated specifically in the summary of the shopping basket.
